THE BUSINESS OWNER APPRENTICESHIP

This programme is a business skills apprenticeship.
Like any apprenticeship it takes time to learn your trade. Nobody learned their profession over night — and nobody learns how to run a business overnight.
Also, business skills can’t relistically be learned and implemented in a twelve-week mentoring programme. Building a successful business is a long game.
This programme actually works because you have time to implement the new learning into your business with me there to teach and guide you all the way.
We start by deciding where you want your business — and your life — to be in five or ten years, then work backwards and tackle the journey in practical 90-day stages.
Every quarter we’ll meet, decide what the business needs next and create a plan. Between meetings, I’ll support you as you put it into practice.
Along the way I’ll teach you the skills you need — finance, pricing, sales, marketing, people, systems, leadership, strategy and growth — at the time your business needs them.
This isn’t short-term mentoring. It’s a long-term journey to gradually build you into a better business owner and your business into something that gives you more income, time and freedom.
The Investment
£750/month- initial 12 month commitment

- Four substantial quarterly face-to-face business sessions
- Monthly one-hour progress reviews
- Ongoing telephone, text and email support
- Practical 90-day planning and implementation
- Long-term one-to-one business development
I work closely with a small number of business owners at any one time, so places are limited.
